None of this would be so if not for my Dad, Art Hixson, aka, "The Popcorn Man". He started dabbling in the popcorn business selling popcorn from wagons at Chicago area art festivals, Navy Pier, and Taste of Chicago.

Business was poppin out of control, so he opened a store in downtown Chicago, eventually ending up with popcorn concessions and in line stores at O'Hare and Denver airports. Art, however, left us to create popcorn sensations in a more 'lofty' location.

I flew the coup at American Airlines and landed in popcorn land. And an exciting trip this has been! I've taken trade secrets left from my Dad, added a few of my own, resulting in some of the best flavored gourmet popcorn this side for the border! We combine the best of ingredients, a wealth of popcorn experience and the greatest team of employees to create 17 flavored varieties of gourmet popcorn all made fresh on site.
