The staff at POP THIS! strives to make sure our customers are completely satisfied with our popcorn. To ensure freshness we prepare and package your popcorn just prior to shipping. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we will refund or exchange your purchase. Please call 847-605-9707 or contact us via our website at www.popthispopcorn.com to arrange for a prompt replacement.

When returning our product, please send via UPS, DHL or insured US Mail to our store located at 5 E Woodfield Mall drive. Space E102 Schaumburg,, Illinois 60173

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express through PayPal. You DO NOT need to be a member of PayPal to order.

SALES TAX

There is no sales tax on orders shipped outside of Illinois. 9.75% state sales tax will be applied to orders shipped in Illinois.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped via UPS and by weight. Please provide us with a complete Email address so you can receive a tracking number from UPS when your order has been shipped. Provide complete street address(es) rather than P.O. boxes. Residential addresses will have a $2.00 fee assessed.

Delivery is available Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Legal holidays, inclement weather and unforeseen circumstances could delay shipping.

Orders placed by 2:00pm CST will be shipped the same day. Orders of 5 or more canisters will be shipped the following day.

SHIPPING METHOD

Ground - 4-5 business days.

Second Day - Orders placed by 2:00 pm CST will be shipped the same day. Example: Order placed on Monday by 2:00 pm CST will arrive the second business day by 5:00 pm Wednesday.

Next Day - Orders placed by 2:00 pm CST will arrive the next business day by 3:00 pm.
